Please inform the receiver of the remit- tance of the transaction details (transaction number), pickup locations and pickup date.

Debitcard.

For the first remittance we will personalize the debit card of the receiver. We expect her/him to visit one of our offices in order to hand over the debit card. To identify the receiver he/she must present a personal identification document. The second transaction will be effecutated immediately.

Cashremittance.

If the remittance is send as cash, the receiver has to identify himself with a personal identifaction card. Furthermore the receiver has to know the Transactionnumber as well as to sign a document that the remittance was paid.
